Name that fic...please!
Nov. 18th, 2008 12:52 amI'm looking for a fic - I think it's a Christmas story, so at least it's topical! - and all I can recall of it, (other than I liked it lots and want to re-read, obviously, *g*) is this one scene.
Bodie and Doyle are at outs with each other - or sulking, or something like that - and have to go somewhere together. They have driven (I think Doyle is driving, but I could be wrong) to Bodie's flat as Bodie has to go up to his flat for something, and while he's getting whatever-it-is Doyle waits outside. The story is written from Bodie's POV, and while he's up in his flat doing stuff and Having a Brood, he looks out of the window and sees Doyle helping a young lad to build snowmen on a garden wall (that's why I think it's a Christmas story, BTW - it's all snowy!)
That's it - that's all can remember! Has anyone got any ideas?
