"Action of the Tiger" again

I've just finished reading the gen story "Tiger by the Tail" plus gen sequel "Bull by the Horns" by Lillian Shepherd, and the slash variation "Action of the Tiger" by EPS(much is exactly the same as the gen sequel, but with a lot of extra added.)

Are EPS and  Lil Shepherd one and the same author?
And does anyone know if there is another sequel to "Action of the Tiger"?

There is a lot left open at the end.
