I've been trying to remember which story this is because I want to rec it, but my brain is like a sieve sometimes. (And in case you are interested, my Pros recs are here.)

It's a lighthearted story in which the boys are playing practical jokes on one another, and it's Doyle's turn to retaliate, and he somehow gets the idea to let Bodie think Ray's got a crush on him. Only it backfires when Bodie is so happy and responds to him, so that Ray goes along with it so he doesn't really hurt Bodie. Then he gets into the m/m loving. and it ends with Ray happy about how it turned out and Bodie vaguely wondering why Ray never gets revenge for that last prank Bodie played.
