Need to find a fic: Doyle was invalided out of service when he covers Bodie as a grenade goes off--Doyle loses part of his arm. The story picks up when Bodie is going to the hospital and Doyle is called there, and learns at the end of the tale that Bodie had worn a grenade pin on chain around his neck to the end of his life.

Missing Bodie

Hi I'm looking for a fic in which Bodie is lent out to another agency for a mission and goes missing and is presumed dead.

Doyle quits CI5 (he never wanted Bodie to go) and gets a labouring job and a very small flat.

Cowley turns up to tell him they found Bodie x number of weeks ago but didn't tell Doyle at first in case Bodie died, they now need him to see if he can reach Bodie/or look after him.

Cowley keeps the flat for CI5.
