Going Slightly Mad

I'm not sure where I read it, but I distinctly remember a story that involved Cowley being stuck in a small, dark space with an injured Doyle.  I think the story was from Cowley's POV (for the most part) and had to do with his impressions of his top team. 

After looking everywhere I just cannot find it and it's driving me crazy!  Any help finding this story would be most welcome.  Thanks!
