Training Accident

I'm looking for the story in which CI5 is on a training mission. Bodie is injured when he saves the group from a poorly thrown grenade. I think he picks it up and jumps out of a window before tossing it away.

I know the one you mean, but I'm afraid I can't remember the title or author - it had Bodie in hospital afterwards getting a plaster cast put on his broken leg/ankle and Doyle there to help him through the pain of the procedure? Perhaps someone else recognises it.

Just read it and I wonder why Bodie jumped out the window and didn't just throw the grenade out?
They were in a bunker and would have all been safe, or am I missing something.
