Betty saves the day

I'm looking for a story where a group of baddies (with a grudge against Cowley, Bodie or Doyle ?) invades CI5 HQ and takes a number of agents and Betty as hostages. Betty, although tied to a chair, manages to grab a knife, cuts herself loose, and then freeing some of the other agents.

I'm pretty sure this was a recent story and that I had read this online, but I cannot remember any more details. Anyone knows the title of this story and where I might be able to locate this?
