This was one I read and loved and meant to mem or bookmark or download and just didn't for some reason and now I can't remember title or author :(

Bodie and Doyle are in a relationship, at Bodie's encouragement, Doyle gets something pierced (nipple? ear? Both?) and they both really enjoy that. Then Bodie goes away on assignment, comes back and encounters Doyle at HQ and isn't able to keep his hands off him and they shag in Cowley's office. I think the author said in the notes that it was based off a story in another fandom that shay loved, but I didn't know that story...
