Hot water / hot tub / in the US...?

I came across something a few days ago and thought, "Hmm, must go back to that." Unfortunately I failed to make a note of either the author or the title.

B&D are sent over to the US to collect something (?) and spend time on the West coast (?) in someone's beach house lounging around in a hot tub, watching racoons raid the garbage and generally falling in love. They are stressed and over tired when they go out but gradually relax. I'm fairly sure I saw it on the Circuit Archive and I think someone just recommended it recently, but I can't find it again.

Any offers?

I don't think it is online, but it's on the CD. It's got to be In Hot Water, by JM.

I'm pretty sure this is In Hot Water by JM. I can't find it on Hatstand or the Circuit Archive, though. It should be in the circuit library if you belong to that on Yahoogroups.
