Has anyone ever written an AU where the lads are in a band together? Like Bodie a drummer, Doyle a singer sort of thing?

There's Masquerade (http://www.thecircuitarchive.com/tca/archive/16/masquerade.html) by Tarot, where they're undercover - excellent story. I seem to remember at least one AU like that flashing past my eyes, but the beginning didn't convince me, so I never did read it all through and can't remember it... sorry!

How about singer and producer?

Not exactly my fav scenario for the boys, but the story was very nice!

In Torch Song by Courtney Gray it's only Ray who is a singer, but Bodie is undercover for CI5. It's on the CD.

There's Madelein Lee's "Revolution," though I don't believe it's online. It's also a crossover with the Mirror Star Trek Universe, with a very small amount of Starsky and Hutch thrown in. The back cover is a really lovely Suzan Lovett artwork of them.

There are the two stories in the 'Dead Beat' zine, with the lads involved in investigating cases within the rock business - though not actually in a band.
