Searching for a B/D story

Hi, I seem to have mislaid my brain. There's a story in which Ray had been raped on assignment, I think, and everyone at CI5 knew and was far from supportive. Even Bodie made a crack about it, not knowing Ray was within hearing distance. He quit, went back to school, and started a joint project with Kate. Years later, Bodie, CI5's new controller, needs his help. Ray's recovered, but wary, disillusioned, and with someone else.

Anyone remember author, title, and/or URL?
