Hi, I'm looking for fic which is AU and Bodie is a vampire and he's getting to avoid Ray because the full moon is coming and he's afraid he might hurt Ray but Ray tries to prevent Bodie from leaving him.. Do you know any fic like this??? Thanks for any help!

I'm not sure this is much help, because I can't remember the name or the author, but someone else might be able to help out.

Is it the one where they are tracking down some woman who is a mutant and can change herself into a dog? At the end Bodie gets bitten and worries he will now become a mutant werewolf creature so goes to one of his lock-ups at the full moon. Doyle follows him and finds him tied up with a shotgun (or similar) tracking his every movement. Doyle sets him free. Bodie doesn't turn into a mutant werewolf thingy *g*

Or is it the one where Bodie's moving on because if he stays any longer then people will notice that he's not aging and surviving injuries he shouldn't?
