The zine 'House of Cards' actually comprises two stories, 'Ace of Spades' (which originally appeared in an earlier zine, 'Discovered on a Rooftop') and its sequel 'The Joker is Wild'. Sadly neither of these stories are online.

I'm afraid that your best chance of reading it will be to find a copy for sale secondhand. Sorry not to have better news!

Sorry to raise people's hopes. I was flying out the door yesterday morning and should have delayed my comments until I checked. It turns out I have "Luck of the Draw," not "House of Cards." Both card-referencing titles but I think that's the only similarity.
