I'm going sheer crazy.

Al I remember is that Doyle's fresh out of prison and visits Body who lives now with Cowley. Bodie's cold hearted towards Doyle. I think Cowley framed Doyle to get Bodie for himself.
Does that ring a bell?

Sorry harlech, I think we posted at the same time. The sequel was written by a wonderful writer called 'Andromeda' who asked permission from KF who said it was fine, though in her own mind, at the end of the first story, Ray Doyle was dead.

The Circuit Archive also mentions a sequel called The Pillory - Seven Suggestions for What Happened Next by Jess, but it's not available on the site. It was published in Discovered in a Letterbox 7.

The Hatstand lists three sequels for The Pillory, but I could have sworn I'd seen other ones somewhere. Can't find a trace of them now though, so many I'm imagining it!
