I've been looking for it, literally, for YEARS.
It's called Tears Before Morning and it involves Bodie being a POW at some point (I think?). Doyle gets on his case about eating all the time and Bodie tells him about the Trauma of Malnutrition (it's better than I'm describing, I swear) and it ends up (I believe) with Doyle feeding him reheated Chinese food and a cup of tea.
The title comes from an observation by the bartender, watching the banter between agents in the pub, that there would be tears before morning.
I'm SO sure this exists. Does anyone have a link? You lot are my last hope.
ETA: Mystery solved, thank you. :D

Aaaand - I did a search of my palelyloitering database, and it's apparently in the zine Old Friends Too (http://www.palelyloitering.com/zines/oldfriendstoo.html). Not very accessible, unfortunately, but maybe someone somewhere has a copy!
