My lovely mate culf and I were talking about Bodie and Cowley's relationship -- no, not *that* kind of relationship -- and I mentioned that someone had said in passing that there were stories where Cowley was actually Bodie's father. I wasn't sure whether that person was joking or not as I wasn't interested enough at the time to pursue it.

I said I would ask, so here I am. *g* Thank you for any help you can provide.

I absolutely SEE Cowley as Bodie's father, and love her fic! And I'd MUCH MUCH rather see him as father than *voms* lover...

We'd got into the conversation because I was saying that while I could see where there might be an *unrequited* attraction I couldn't see either of them ever crossing that line. I also mentioned to Culf the whole referring to Cowley as "Father" thing... Which interested Culf as she's working on a story idea where Bodie is Sam's father... *gets sudden horrible urge to sing The Circle of Life*
