Icons?

Hello! :) I must say I'm a newbie in the Pros fandom (just read my first fic today), but I've loved the series for a while now. Anyways, I don't know if this is allowed in here, so if not, I'm sorry.

I would like to use some Pros icon, but I don't know where to find any. I mean, I'm not gonna go and blatantly steal the icons others use, so I was wondering if anybody has made some that are up for grabs? Or wouldn't mind me using some icons they use too? :) I will credit, of course. Thanx for any response :)

Why not pop over there and click on the 'icons' tag - you'll find loads of lovely icons that are all there for the taking.

I see londonronnie has already pointed you to the_safehouse so here are a couple of other options.

There are some over at teaandswissroll that you can find using the tags: http://community.livejournal.com/teaandswissroll/?tag=fanart:+icons. Like the safehouse there are some non pros (but martin shaw and lewis collins related) mixed in but if you go through the couple of pages there are lots of great ones.

Plus Pros has an icon competition community pros_icontest. And all the icons there are up for grabs as long as they are credited.

Oh, totally recommend browsing at the_safehouse, particularly here at the icon tag (http://community.livejournal.com/the_safehouse/tag/icons). Every now and then I go all the way back to 2004 and see what I can re-find!

There's also pros_icontest, which is devoted to icon contests (!) and a few more over at c15hq here under the new fic/art/vid tag (http://community.livejournal.com/ci5hq/tag/new+fic/vid/artwork+etc) and icons also come up now and then at discoveredinalj - there's some Christmas ones been posted for the latest challenge, Discovered in a Christmas Stocking...

OMG that's just too awesome! :) Are they really holding hands or is it just a manip? lol

And I did mean in slash communities :) 'Cause, when you ship 2 guys/girls you certainly don't have to 'get over' them being gay ;) But I can see it steering up some discussion in non-slash communities, if there were any homophobes that needed to get over themselves :)

It is a manip made by the wonderful and sadly missing crimson_37 although I put the icon together quite a while back.

Ahh got you. But it was a campaign by Stonewall earlier this year basically saying some people are gay - so what? Everyone is normal, no matter what their sexuality.

I dont do non-slash so that wouldnt come up :-))) Mind if I friend you, btw?
