I've been reading Lightslide by Anne Carr on the Circuit Archive, and noticed there were several sequels.

Does anyone know where I can find A Different Peace by Lainie Stone? Is it available online?

I can see it exists (paper circuit, I think) but I don't think I have a copy - although I've a few piles of stories that I really need to sort through (now there's a project for the long weekend...). I think Lainie Stone is one of the authors who didn't want her stories online? I think...

Oh, I wonder if ProsLib has it for future archiving?

You know before I discovered the PROS fandom I did not know what the paper circuit or zines actually means? Google is my friend *g*.

Not online - in fact I think it is one of the stories that Lanie witheld from proslib as well. Via a friend I heard that one of the reasons might have been that she thought it was "early, and bad". I must have read it at some point because my database of circuit stories (now very out of date) lists it, along with the other two... I gave it 3 out of 5, but that was early days :)

Hang around the fandom & keep asking - someone may be willing to send you a copy offline.

Nice to know the reason why the story is not available online, but it also makes me more curious to read it!
