I'm curious. Are there any Bodie/Doyle prison fics? Where they meet in prison? Or one of them is in prison and removed by CI5 for a special assignment? I'm looking for something that leans towards AU, hurt/comfort, or where the location of a prison/psyche itself plays a big role in the story.

In " Highjack" Bodie must stand the thing " put him in a combat and ratatatata" * using the hands like a MG* from a black skined one. Its really a shame and I don`t want to hear such things...I blame every racist....!!!! Sorry for my articulation.. I`m not a native. I`m German and I know how it feels to be blamed.for things I don`t understand.. although it were meanwhile the grannys who puts that stamp on us.

Date: 2012-06-14 06:41 pm (UTC)Inside Information is online but it's moved so I'll back shortly with a current link. It is also on the Proslib CD if you have that. And if you don't have the Prolib CD - order it immediately!
The Proslib CD is the best Pros resource bar none (stories, art, vids, resources, and more). There are literally more than a thousand stories on the CD (more added every month), and some of them will never be online due to author preferences. You can get it for essentially cost, and Frances will mail it internationally.
Frances just had a hip replacement so there might be some delay in mailing. I'm not sure, so check and see. She could already be up and about.

Look Through My Eyes by Jane Carnall and Nicole Craig - available on the Proslib CD & I think - NOT sure - it's online at Jane's website.
Traitor's Fate by Meg Lewtan - available on the Proslib CD. Meg doesn't want her stories online - at least for now - so you won't find it at any of the archives.
As to racism, sexism, homophobia, and other forms of oppression - yes, times were different thirty years ago but oppression is alive and thriving today. Sometimes it may be more subtle, but there are still countless examples of blatant discrimination today. It's not that oppression has disappeared, rather that many folks would still prefer to ignore it - if they have that privilege.
